Dear Sir or Madam, In line with our commitment to transparency, which we made when introducing the fuel adjustment factor (BAF) in March 2022, we respond to market changes in both directions. Due to the stabilization of fuel prices at a level that allows us to absorb these costs within our standard rates, effective 1 December 2025 we are suspending the application of the BAF surcharge (rate: 0%). The adjustment mechanism remains in place as a safeguard in the event of extreme market changes; however, as long as fuel prices remain within the stable zone (below PLN 5,500/m³), it will not affect your invoices. Thank you for your trust.

10/03/2026 – Update to the Fuel Adjustment Mechanism (BAF)

Recently, we have observed dynamic changes in the global fuel market, driven by geopolitical tensions and increased volatility in energy commodity prices. This situation has a direct impact on transport operating costs. Therefore, effective 10 March 2026, we are reinstating the BAF fuel surcharge. The fuel adjustment mechanism remains a cost-stabilizing element for transport services during periods of significant fuel price fluctuations. The current surcharge level is calculated in accordance with the adopted BAF mechanism.
