For exports to Turkey, we collect goods from any location in Poland and deliver them to our customs warehouses in Piotrków Trybunalski or Czechowice-Dziedzice. Export clearance is handled by the client’s external customs agency or by our own customs agency, 3CARGO. After loading, the goods are transported to the customs warehouse designated by the recipient in Turkey, where import clearance takes place. Transit time is approximately 5-6 days, and delivery after import clearance is completed within 48 hours.
We offer regular groupage transport to Turkey for shipments that don’t require a full truckload. We consolidate goods in our bonded warehouses in Poland and then transport them to our central warehouses in Istanbul (Muratbey and Erenkoy). From there, we distribute to end recipients throughout Turkey. This service allows us to reduce transportation costs for smaller consignments.
Groupage transport from Turkey operates in a similar manner. We collect shipments in Turkey, consolidate them at our central warehouse in Istanbul (Muratbey), and then transport them to Poland. At our warehouses in Czechowice-Dziedzice or Piotrków Trybunalski, we process import customs clearance and distribute the goods to individual recipients in Poland.
We have our own customs warehouses in Czechowice-Dziedzice and Piotrków Trybunalski, and we cooperate with central warehouses in Istanbul (Muratbey and Erenkoy). We offer goods storage, shipment consolidation, and full forwarding services, including transport coordination, documentation preparation, and order fulfillment supervision.
Our customs agency, 3CARGO, provides comprehensive export and import customs clearance services. We represent clients before customs authorities based on appropriate authorizations. We prepare all required documents – customs declarations, ATR (Authorized Transit Certificates), and COO (Certificates of Origin). This eliminates the need for clients to handle customs formalities themselves.
Our door-to-door service allows for the collection of goods directly from the shipper in Poland and delivery to the recipient anywhere in Turkey, or vice versa. This includes full logistics organization – from loading, through international transport and customs clearance, to unloading at the recipient’s location. The client receives a single coordinator who oversees the entire process.

As part of our transport services to Turkey, we operate a wide network of connections between Poland and Turkey. Our main loading points in Poland are customs warehouses in Czechowice-Dziedzice and Piotrków Trybunalski. From there, we transport goods to Turkey, where they are transported to central warehouses in Istanbul – to Muratbey on the European side and to Erenkoy on the Asian side.
From our central warehouses in Muratbey and Erenkoy, we deliver shipments to all key locations in Turkey. We serve Ankara, Izmit, Adana, Manisa, Kayseri, Konya, Gaziantep, Mersin, Eskisehir, and Balikesir, among others. These are the largest Turkish cities and home to the main industrial and commercial centers.
We also operate direct lines to Bursa and Izmir. This means that goods are transported directly from warehouses in Poland to these cities, without the need for transshipment in Istanbul. This shortens delivery times and minimizes the risk of shipment damage.
We handle transport from Turkey to Poland in two ways, depending on the client’s preferences. The first option involves the client delivering the goods directly to the customs warehouse in Istanbul (Muratbey). The second option involves arranging a pickup from anywhere in Turkey – in this case, we collect the shipment from the shipper and transport it to the central warehouse in Istanbul.
After the goods are delivered to the customs warehouse in Muratbey, the shipper’s customs broker prepares an export declaration based on the invoice and packing list. Export clearance includes issuing an EX document and an ATR (Authorized Transit Certificate), which is required for trade with Turkey.
The goods are then loaded onto an international vehicle and transported to the customs warehouse in Czechowice-Dziedzice or Piotrków Trybunalski. After unloading in Poland, we perform import customs clearance. Once customs formalities are completed, we deliver the goods to the recipient within 48 hours. The transit time from Turkey to Poland is approximately 5-6 days.
Transport to Turkey begins by arranging the pickup of the goods from any location in Poland. The shipment is delivered to our customs warehouse in Piotrków Trybunalski or Czechowice-Dziedzice, where the export clearance process takes place. Export clearance can be completed in two ways. The first option is pre-loading clearance at an external customs agency partnered with the client-exporter. The second option is direct clearance at the 3CARGO customs agency, which is completed after unloading the goods at our warehouse.
Before shipment, the recipient in Turkey must indicate the customs office where import clearance will be processed in Turkey and the customs warehouse where the goods will be unloaded. This information is essential for the proper preparation of transport documentation.
After loading, the goods are transported onto an international vehicle and delivered to the customs warehouse declared by the recipient in Turkey. There, import clearance is completed by Turkish customs. Once clearance is completed, the goods are delivered to the recipient within 48 hours. The transit time from Poland to Turkey is approximately 5–6 days.
