3CARGO will represent the Polish logistics sector at the Bulgarian-Polish Business Forum starting today.
Today at 10:00 a Bulgarian-Polish Business Forum begins, organized by the Bulgarian Executive Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. The Forum, which aims to promote cooperation between Polish and Bulgarian businesses, will take place in the John Atanasov Hall at Sofia TechPark. It is directly related to the visit of Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło in Bulgaria, which began yesterday.
3CARGO was among the companies representing the Polish sector of small and medium sized enterprises as a representative of the logistics services sector. During the Forum Polish entrepreneurs will be accompanied by Undersecretary of State Witold Słowik together with a delegation. The presence of the Prime Ministers of Poland and Bulgaria is also foreseen, and they will discuss, among others, on the subject of mutual economic relations.
According to the Polish Radio, in 2015 the value of Polish-Bulgarian trade recorded an increase of 18.5% compared to the previous year and amounted to EUR 1,377.7 million. The Polish export to Bulgaria is dominated by textiles, products of the chemical industry, plant origin products and food products. On the other hand, Poland imports from Bulgaria non-precious metal products, mechanical and electrical equipments, textiles, ready-made food products, as well as traditional for Bulgarian export wines and tobacco.
