COTC is a modern, class A warehouse built in 2017 with a separate office area (3CARGO headquaters).

COTC:

At COTC, we provide drivers with FREE access to the toilet and shower, available 24/7.

The entrance is from the side of Lipowska street (door with the “Agencja Celna” sign)

In addition, drivers have FREE access to the Wi-Fi network and a vending machine dispensing sweets, snacks and drinks (please note that the machine accepts coins only).

At the 3CARGO  Parking Zone, parking fees are charged according to the following rates:

• Parking up to 2 hours (from 8:00 to 18:00 ) – free of charge
• Parking over 2 hours (from 8:00 to 18:00) – 5 EUR / 20 PLN
• Night time parking (from 18:00 to 8:00) – 10 EUR / 40 PLN 

In order to manage the infrastructure and personnel optimally, cars are being notified before arrival at the COTC. Drivers are being asked to arrive at the appointed time, if possible.

The driver is obliged to report to the warehouseman immediately upon arrival in order to receive the Parking Card.

In the Parking Card, the warehouseman enters information about the arrival and departure times, vehicle data (reg. number), company details, and the amount of the fee charged.

Before leaving the 3CARGO Parking Zone, the driver must return the Parking Card to the warehouseman and pay parking fee (if applicable).

For lost or unreturned Parking Card, the owner of the vehicle (company) will be charged a fine of 50 EUR / 200 PLN.

At COTC there is a service station, where qualified employees are available to help in the event of technical problems with the vehicle.
