3CARGO Limited Liability Company. Limited Partnership (hereinafter referred to as “3CARGO”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and collects, processes and uses your data only according to the standards defined by law in the field of data protection. If there are links to other websites on this website, this document does not apply to the collection and use of data on the websites to which these links lead, because 3CARGO has no influence on their settings and content.

2. The manner, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and using data.

3CARGO collects, processes and uses the following personal data corresponding to activities performed by you on our website: user’s address (titles, names and surnames, address), e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, as well as the type and scope of elements, which you are accessing and the date and time of access. The data is protected against access by unauthorized persons. 3CARGO strives to ensure that data is processed in accordance with the law and only to the extent provided in this Privacy Policy.

The forms on our pages are used for convenient communication and are used to contact the sender using the services or interested in our offer. The transfer of data for which we ask in forms is voluntary.

2.2 Using the website

During the visit, temporary connection data (IP address, cookies, last visited URL, time and date of visits and files opened) are saved on our website. If you have not expressly agreed to this, these files are not used for individual identification and are not associated with the personal information of the nickname holder. IP addresses as part of this procedure are processed and used only in an anonymous form. Services provided by 3CARGO are of course carried out independently of the granting or withdrawal of this consent.

2.6 Social buttons

We use so-called the principle of two clicks, which means that when you visit our website in general, no personal information is shared. Only when you choose one of the social buttons and then clicking “Continue” will confirm your choice, information will be provided to the appropriate provider.

After pressing the social button, the given provider will be informed that a given sub-page of our site has been displayed in your browser. This will happen even if you do not have an account with this provider or are currently not logged in to that account. The information will be transmitted directly by your browser to the provider’s server, which can be located in the United States, for example, and will be saved there.

If you are logged into your account with this social network provider, you can directly link the visit to our website with your account. If you use the sharing dialog (eg posting a comment), the relevant information will also be sent directly to the provider’s server and saved there. This information will be published on the supplier’s website and made available to your friends.
