3CARGO entered the new year 2018 with a flourish. Huge changes took place not only in legal form, but also in the organizational structure and in the range of services we offer. We are changing for you !!! – this motto is still valid and focused on development.

WE PUT VISION INTO PRACTICE
The year 2017 brought 3CARGO a full package of changes. The key event was the relocation of the headquarters to the newly established the Bonded Goods Distribution Centre (COTC) in Czechowice-Dziedzice – a film coverage from the opening gala can be viewed on YouTube.
The launch of COTC is the culmination of all our existing activities aimed at the NEEDS of our clients in terms of individually designed solutions and professional support at every stage of the logistics process. What’s more, COTC provides local entrepreneurs with full logistics and warehouse facilities, thus fits into a niche on the local market.
The new headquarters not only meets the growing needs of our clients, but also embodies in practice the values that guide us in our everyday work – innovation, comprehensiveness and responsibility for the natural environment. COTC draws its energy from renewable sources, and in terms of the solutions applied, is at the forefront of ecological facilities in Silesia. This project is our pride and proof that our mission and vision are not a marketing trick but a goal that we are constantly and consciously pursuing.
POTENTIAL OF NEW MARKETS
Polish entrepreneurs see great potential for trade exchange with countries, where the economic leap is apparently visible, and our task is to follow them to provide them with efficient and quick logistic solutions where they are most needed. Thanks to the rapid adaptation to the changing market trends, we are able to effectively support Polish entrepreneurship.
The end of last year saw the launch of a new European Department, which is a response to the growing demand for comprehensive service of dynamically developing European markets, including primarily the Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech and Slovak markets. Today we already know that the “European Department” project definitely increased our competitiveness and significantly expanded the range of the regular lines that we can guarantee to our clients.
A NEW LEGAL FORM – new opportunities!
Last year was crucial for the development of 3CARGO – together we have realized the objectives of our development strategy, which, step by step, gradually strengthens our position and our success. What’s more, it’s not the end! We’re going further! Everything points to the fact, that the process of introducing new innovations and changes in 2018 will be even more dynamic.
We have started with a flourish, from the implementation of the decision, which is another natural step in the development of each company – we have changed our legal status. On January 1, 2018, 3CARGO from a sole proprietorship was transformed into a limited company, a limited partnership. New Board of Directors includes people who have been involved with the TSL industry for years. The Board in the expanded line-up is a very strong team of personalities committed to the development of the company and its potential. They are focused on the implementation of the existing 3CARGO mission in a visionary way.
THE LEADER OF LOGISTIC PROJECTS
Due to the high demand of the market for services related to the design of logistics solutions in order to efficiently implement the most complex orders, our company launched the Logistics Projects Department at the beginning of this year. The team included people associated with 3CARGO for many years. They have experience in designing transport solutions (road, rail and sea), for all goods, including non-standard cargo.
We believe that this department will contribute directly to time and financial savings in relation to the activities of our clients. Thanks to the fact that our specialists from the Logistics Projects Department are now able to devote 100% of their time and knowledge to bigger and the most demanding projects as well as creating and organizing new connections and regular groupage lines, our forwarding efficiency increases. What’s more, the final product offered by the Logistics Projects Department is individually tailored and refined in every detail, and at the same time prepared in a shorter time than before, which guarantees even more effective and efficient service for our clients.

The growing demand for broadly defined logistics services and new opportunities resulting from the opening of the COTC translated into an increase in employment in our company. From the end of 2016 to today it has increased by 233%! New specialists joined the 3CARGO team, bringing in many years of experience, fresh ideas and new energy reserves.
