How much does transport from Türkiye cost?

The cost of transport from and to Türkiye, as well as other non-EU countries, depends on various factors, including the loading and unloading addresses, the type of goods being transported, the quantity and packaging (e.g., whether the goods are palletized, their dimensions, weight, stackability). Other factors include whether the service will be a one-time shipment or regular, and whether the client requires comprehensive services including customs clearance. Each quote is provided individually, taking into account the client’s expectations and needs. To get a transport quote, please contact our sales department.

Deferred VAT customs clearance – What are the requirements?

Our Customs Agency enables importers to take advantage of deferred VAT customs clearance, which allows VAT to be settled in the next tax return (based on Article 33a of the VAT Act). To use deferred VAT customs clearance with us, you must send your financial documents for verification. The next step is obtaining approval from the Head of the Tax Office and the Customs and Tax Control Office, as well as providing a declaration of no outstanding payments to the Tax Office and Social Insurance Institution. For detailed information about deferred VAT customs clearance, please contact our Customs Agency (tel. +32 780 1116).

Does your company have a customs agency abroad?

Our business partners have customs agencies in their respective countries, allowing us to conduct customs clearances at loading or unloading sites outside of Poland.

What is an EORI number and why do I need it?

The EORI number (Economic Operators’ Registration and Identification) is a key component of the European Union’s electronic customs system.
All businesses intending to conduct activities before European customs authorities must register in the system once and obtain a unique EORI number, which is used for identification by customs authorities throughout the European Union.

In Poland, applications are submitted via the Electronic Services Platform of the Customs and Fiscal Services (PUESC).

Detailed information on how to obtain an EORI number is available on the website of the National Revenue Administration at: https://puesc.gov.pl/eori

Read our expert interview about the EORI number for more insights.

Can I check where my shipment is currently located?

Yes. The vehicles are equipped with a GPS-based tracking system, so by knowing the contents of each truck and the shipping documents, we can determine the current location of a specific shipment.
