Transport time: LTL 1–2 weeks, FTL 5–7 days
Scope: From a single carton to a tandem vehicle set
LTL export: regular, predictable departures – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Import: individualized, tailored to your needs.
We don’t test routes on our clients – we have known this path since 2021.
You don’t need to know all the transport variants or decide on your own which transport model fits your order. Start with your situation, and we’ll take care of the rest.
You don’t need a full vehicle. Regular LTL export via the BULL line lets you start from just one pallet.
Provide us with the pickup location, delivery destination, and cargo details. We will check available options and prepare a solution tailored to your specific shipment.
Larger volume or cargo with special requirements? We will organize FTL transport tailored to its nature.
Warehousing, value-added services (VAS), or further distribution can be coordinated as part of our All-in-One service.
Our team knows this route well enough to advise on the best possible solution before the client even has a chance to ask. We maintain this same level of attentiveness at every subsequent stage of the order, not just at the start. Thanks to this, the client doesn’t have to keep track of anything themselves – they know someone is genuinely looking at the big picture, not just handling the initial phone call.
Łukasz Korczyk - BULL Line Manager
BULL is 3CARGO’s regular export line designed for LTL shipments to Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and the Caucasus countries – Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. You don’t have to wait for a full vehicle to accumulate before sending your goods – you can ship a smaller batch and scale your deliveries alongside actual demand.
You can start from just a single carton. Departures from Poland take place four times a week – the cargo travels through Bulgaria to Greece, from where it proceeds straight to your buyer as part of a door-to-door service. The planned LTL transport time is 1–2 weeks.

Regular LTL groupage doesn’t always fit the needs of a specific order. When your volume, deadline, or cargo characteristics go beyond the standard LTL model, we offer full truckload (FTL) transport. It works best for larger volumes, goods requiring special verification, or when you need a single, dedicated haul without sharing space with other shipments.
The planned FTL transport time is 5–7 days.
Transport alone doesn’t always cover the entire process. Your cargo might require warehousing, preparation for further shipping, or extra security during transit. If every stage is handled by a different company, you are the one left chasing deadlines and relaying information between contractors.
Within our comprehensive All-in-One service, we combine the necessary stages into a single, coordinated process with one point of contact. You only use the elements your specific order requires.
Transport: You search for a carrier yourself and track each stage of the route.
Warehousing: You personally look for a suitable space for your goods if the recipient isn’t ready for delivery.
Insurance: You have to find a policy to mitigate risks, browsing various offers from different insurers on your own.
VAS: Repacking, labeling, or order picking must be organized separately.
Documentation: You collect settlements and invoices separately from every involved entity – incomplete information or delayed documents lead to inevitable stress and sleepless nights.
Transport: Cargo pickup and transport organization between Poland and Greece – LTL or full truckload, depending on your order. A single point of contact throughout the entire transit.
Warehousing: The option for temporary storage of goods in our warehouses in Poland (Czechowice-Dziedzice or Piotrków Trybunalski) when the recipient in Greece isn’t ready yet or the cargo is waiting for the next step.
Insurance: Upon request, you can extend standard protection with additional cargo insurance for the entire transit, giving you peace of mind that you will receive proper compensation in the event of an incident.
VAS: We repass, label, tag, sort, or pick your goods before dispatch – ensuring they arrive at the recipient fully prepared.
Documentation: We check which documents are needed for transport implementation and point out any potential shortages before departure – you don’t have to worry about a missing page in your invoice.
Poland and Greece are members of the European Union and the customs union – for EU goods in standard commercial trade, there is no customs clearance at internal EU borders. However, this does not mean documentation is entirely absent. Below is what may actually be required for your shipment.
At 3CARGO, we prepare an all-in quote for the agreed scope of transport. This means that right from the proposal stage, we show you the total cost of execution—the transport rate alongside the current BAF fuel surcharge—instead of leaving you with a base rate to which you must later add various extra elements on your own.
If your order requires additional services beyond the standard scope, such as extra cargo insurance, we agree on the terms with you and include them in the prepared offer. This ensures you know from the start what scope of execution you are paying for and what makes up the price.
CARGO PARAMETERS
Price is primarily influenced by weight, dimensions, number of units, and the space occupied in the vehicle
TRANSPORT TYPE AND TIMEFRAME
LTL and van groupage are priced differently than full truckload (FTL) transport—in both cases, you pay for the portion of the vehicle actually occupied, thanks to consolidation with other shipments on the same route. If your deadline is flexible, we have more options for organizing transport. If delivery time is critical to you, we look for a solution focused on the fastest possible execution.
CARGO CHARACTERISTICS
ADR goods, oversized cargo, and shipments subject to SENT monitoring may require an appropriate vehicle, additional documentation, or extra transport organization. This impacts both the execution method and the transport price.
SELF-COLLECTION OR INDEPENDENT DELIVERY
If you have your own transport, you can deliver the goods yourself to our warehouse in Czechowice-Dziedzice or Piotrków Trybunalski instead of using door-to-door pickup from anywhere in Poland. Similarly, upon delivery, you can collect your goods directly from our warehouse instead of ordering door-to-door delivery. For certain orders, this solution can lower the total transport cost, especially if you already manage your own domestic transport.
ADDITIONAL TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Oversized loads or non-standard loading requirements can change how transport is organized and priced. The more we know about the order at the inquiry stage, the more accurately we can select a solution and prepare an offer.
ADDITIONAL CARGO INSURANCE
If you wish to extend cargo protection beyond standard carrier liability-especially on such a long route—we can propose additional cargo insurance. Its cost depends on factors such as the value and type of goods. Once agreed with you, we include it in the prepared offer.
OTHER ALL-IN-ONE SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE RATE
If you use the All-in-One service, warehousing in our Polish warehouse and VAS are also included in the same all-in rate. You don’t receive separate invoices from different providers—just one agreed quote for the entire scope.
WHAT ABOUT THE BAF FUEL SURCHARGE?
BAF is a variable fuel surcharge added to the transport rate. It is expressed as a percentage—which is why it isn’t always immediately obvious how much it will actually amount to.
Here is an example to make it clear:
Transport rate: 200 EUR
BAF: 12%
BAF surcharge: 24 EUR
Total transport cost: 224 EUR
In other words, a 12% BAF does not mean an extra 12 EUR. The 12% is calculated from the transport rate—in this example, from 200 EUR, which is why the surcharge is 24 EUR.
You don’t need to calculate BAF yourself. In our prepared offer, we show the transport rate, the current BAF value, and their total amount, allowing you to instantly see the transport cost for the agreed scope. The BAF value fluctuates alongside the fuel market situation, meaning it may differ for subsequent shipments. (The example is for illustrative purposes only. 12% is not a fixed BAF value—we apply the current rate during pricing.)
3CARGO does not use a single public pricing list for Poland–Greece transport. The price depends on the parameters of each specific order, which is why every offer is prepared individually.
This ensures the quote reflects the actual transport model, cargo parameters, schedule, and services you actually need.
Transport takes from 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on the chosen option: full truckload (FTL) transport takes 5–7 days, while regular LTL groupage transport via the BULL line takes 1–2 weeks.
LTL and FTL differ primarily in scope and organization. LTL is a regular groupage line where your cargo is combined with other shipments, you pay only for the space occupied, and departures take place four times a week. FTL is a full vehicle dedicated exclusively to your order—ideal for larger volumes or when you need a single, unshared transport.
Customs clearance is not required—Poland and Greece are members of the European Union and the customs union, so goods do not cross a customs border. However, certain documents (e.g., SENT, ADR) may be required depending on the type of cargo.
The standard documents required for transport are a commercial invoice, packing list, and CMR consignment note. Depending on the cargo and situation, additional documents may be added – such as a SENT notification, ADR documentation, or phytosanitary certificates. We confirm the exact list during the pricing stage.
Yes, we transport ADR goods with the exclusion of classes I and VII. Class II goods can be transported without the need for storage in our warehouses—each request is verified individually.
Delivery to Greek islands is organized upon request—unlike door-to-door delivery on the mainland, which is standard, transport to the islands is arranged individually for each order.
The All-in-One service is a model where you commission transport, warehousing, and further distribution to a single company and a single account manager—without the need to coordinate multiple suppliers or pass documents between them.
The price of transport depends on several factors—the weight and volume of the cargo, pickup and delivery locations, chosen option (LTL/FTL), and any special requirements (ADR, refrigeration). 3CARGO prepares quotes in an all-in formula, to which a transparently published BAF fuel surcharge is added.
