Purpose of processing, legal basisYour data is processed in order to:– execute of inquiries and orders: (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the GDPR)  submitted directly to the 3CARGO company  submitted by all available communication channels  as well as pursuing claims related to them– direct marketing related to the business conducted (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point a of the GDPR)– research on satisfaction with cooperation with us (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point f of the GDPR).
Source of dataProvision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the execution of inquiries and orders. Expressed consent for every processing purpose may be revoked at any time.We can also obtain data from public sources, eg KRS, CEIDG and limited access sources, eg KRD, BIG. In this case, we verify if we have a legal basis to process personal data.
The scope of stored dataWe only store data related to the implementation of company purposes, such as – name, surname, contact details (including address, telephone number, e-mail address), job role within the organization.In justified cases, we may ask for data related to the identity document, if it is required by additional provisions related to the issued documents.
Data recipientsYour personal data may be transferred to the Trade Partner performing the inquiry or order under the entrustment agreement.Personal data may also be disclosed to cooperating entities for the purposes related to the implementation and exercise of rights under contracts, including (but not limited to) entities providing accounting, debt collection, IT services, marketing services, courier services and provision of administrative and legal services.We do not intend to transfer your data outside of the European Union, except when required by your specific request related to the implementation of the contract.
Data retentionYour data will be stored until the consent for processing has been withdrawn and for the time necessary for pursuing claims, including the handling of notifications related to the guarantee or warranty.
Automated decision makingWe do not take automated decisions as a result of profiling based on personal data.
