To ensure smooth cargo transportation between Turkey and Poland, the following documentation is required:
Commercial invoice – the primary document of a commercial transaction
Packing list – containing detailed information on net and gross weight as well as the quantity and type of packaging (unless this data is already included in the commercial invoice)
CMR consignment note – an international transport document confirming the receipt of goods for carriage

The stamp duty for a power of attorney for a Customs Agency is PLN 17, and the bank account for transfers depends on the type of power of attorney (standing/term-based or one-off).

EKSPORT
FROM POLAND TO TURKEY

The A.TR certificate is a key customs document used in trade between the European Union and Turkey. It confirms the customs status of goods, verifying that they have been legally released for free circulation within either the EU or Turkey, and applies to industrial goods as well as processed agricultural products. While an A.TR certificate is not strictly mandatory, lacking it means the importer must pay the full standard customs duty rates applicable to third countries—making it an essential document for the vast majority of shipments on this route. It is issued by a customs agency at the request of the exporter, or by the exporter themselves if they hold approved exporter status, and must be validated by the customs office. You don’t have to worry about the paperwork—our AEOF-certified customs agency can obtain the A.TR certificate on your behalf using a power of attorney.
