We organize and execute less-than-truckload and full-truckload international transports to most EU countries as well as to many non-EU countries. Furthermore, we are recognized in the logistics services market as specialists in handling regular groupage lines and FTL transports between Türkiye and Poland and between Poland and the Balkan countries.
The regularity of our transports is our strength. Thanks to a well-developed and efficiently operating infrastructure of transshipment warehouses and customs agencies, as well as ongoing cooperation with carefully selected carriers, we ensure fast and safe transport of goods.
If the country you are interested in is not on the list, please contact us.
Our offerings include REGULAR GROUPAGE LINES on the most popular directions. This service consists of REGULAR, UNCONDITIONAL, and TIMELY LTL departures, where goods from multiple clients are consolidated on a single vehicle. This form of transport allows for significant economic and ecological savings.
We base our transport services on a modern road fleet, ranging from vehicles with a capacity of 18 m³ to 120 m³ and up to 24 tons. Meeting the needs of our clients, we also carry out transports of oversized loads, hazardous materials (ADR), as well as refrigerated and multimodal transports.
Our freight forwarders are young, committed professionals who are open to new challenges and specialize in designing logistic solutions.
What information do we need from you?
To provide an accurate quote, we need to know the addresses or at least the postal codes of the loading and unloading of the goods you want to transport. Unfortunately, the name of the city alone is not always sufficient. For example, Istanbul – one of the largest metropolises in the world – has as many as 380 postal codes! The city lies on two continents, covers an area of 5,461 km², and its various districts can be dozens of kilometers apart. In such cases, the exact address is crucial for an accurate quote.
To prepare the quote, we will need precise information about the cargo, such as: the type of goods, quantity, packing method (cartons, pallets, bulk goods), dimensions and weight, stackability (whether other light goods can be placed on top of the cargo), and whether the goods are subject to additional requirements (e.g., temperature, loading method, permits). All these factors influence the final quote.
We need to know the approximate date when the goods can be loaded. This is because each quote has its “validity period,” and if the loading date is far in the future, a price recalculation may be necessary.
If your goods are being sent to or imported from a non-EU country, let us know if the quote should also include the costs of customs agency services. This is advisable if you want to estimate the total cost of a comprehensive service and do not regularly work with a customs agency. In such cases, we always encourage choosing 3CARGO certified customs agency.
Finally, we will ask you for your company’s details, which are necessary for us to submit a complete offer. We send our quotes exclusively by email to the email address of the person designated to contact us.
