Transport to Serbia does not end with renting a truck. It is a process involving customs clearances, warehousing, documentation, and the coordination of multiple entities. You can do it yourself or hand the entire process over to a single provider.
Weight and volume (LDM): We price goods based on actual weight and the cargo space they occupy.
Direction: We carry out exports via the regular BLUE groupage line, and organize imports individually as dedicated transport, fully tailored to the needs of a specific order.
Customs clearance location: We carry out export and import clearance at our own customs agency in Poland, which helps lower domestic transport costs. We coordinate clearance on the Serbian side within our logistics network in Belgrade, ensuring the smooth course of the entire process—your role is limited to providing transaction documents and settling customs duties.
Type of goods: ADR, SENT, refrigerated, or oversized goods are priced individually depending on their specifics to ensure the offer best suits the nature of the cargo.
Own delivery / collection to / from the distribution center in Poland: We give clients the flexibility to adapt the service to their own logistics needs. The client can independently organize the delivery of goods to the distribution center (in the case of export) or collection from the distribution center (in the case of import), which lowers the total cost of the service. This solution works particularly well for clients who manage their own domestic transport daily and want to integrate it with 3CARGO’s international service. The final profitability of this option depends on the location of the distribution center and the specifics of your transport facilities—we are happy to help choose the most favorable variant.
Seasonality and space availability: During periods of higher demand, e.g., in selected quarters or before Polish or Serbian holidays, it is worth booking space in advance to secure the best available conditions.
Cargo insurance: A policy protecting the full value of the cargo is an additional option, priced separately.
Additional services: Depending on needs, we offer and price a range of additional services, which are always a priority in the prepared offer.

3CARGO does not use a single public price list—each quote is prepared individually, ensuring it fully responds to the specifics of the order.
Transport alone does not always close the entire process. Goods may require warehousing, customs clearance, or additional security during transport. If a different company handles each stage, you are the one who has to monitor deadlines and pass information between contractors.
Within the All-in-One service, we combine the necessary stages into a single agreed-upon process with a single point of contact—you use only those elements that your order requires.
TRANSPORT: You commission transport to a selected forwarding company and coordinate communication at every stage of the route.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: You organize customs agency services on your own and coordinate the flow of documentation between the forwarder and the agency.
WAREHOUSING: You look for a place for the goods yourself if the recipient is not yet ready for delivery.
INSURANCE: You look for and compare insurer offers yourself, negotiating conditions for a single shipment.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (VAS): Repackaging, labeling, or order fulfillment are organized separately.
DOCUMENTATION AND SETTLEMENTS: Settlements and invoices are received separately from each involved entity—incomplete information or documents not handed over on time is a risk that falls on you.
TRANSPORT: Cargo collection and transport organization between Poland and Serbia—via the regular BLUE line or dedicated transport, depending on the direction. One manager at every stage.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Transport and customs clearance on the Polish side within a single company—no need to look for an external agency. We also advise on how to manage customs duties.
WAREHOUSING: Temporary storage warehouse (TSW) in Poland—up to 90 days before goods need to be cleared.
INSURANCE: We offer cargo insurance along the entire route as a ready additional option, tailored to the value and nature of the goods—without searching for an insurer on your own.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (VAS): Labeling, packaging, and kit preparation are handled by our warehouse personnel.
DOCUMENTATION AND SETTLEMENTS: One dedicated manager coordinates the entire chain from sender to recipient—one invoice, one point of contact.
IMPORT
INBOUND FROM SERBIA TO POLAND
Option one: The supplier delivers the goods to our partner’s logistics network in Belgrade.
Option two: We pick up the goods directly from the supplier’s location or warehouse in Serbia, so your supplier does not have to worry about arranging transport.
After loading, the goods are transported to our warehouse in Czechowice-Dziedzice, where we perform import clearance. Our customs agency with AEO Full status handles the entire customs procedure. You provide the invoices and packing list, and we handle the remaining formalities before the customs authorities based on the power of authority issued by you. Once clearance is complete, we deliver the goods to you or your recipient within 48 hours. Transit time from Serbia to Poland ranges from 2 business days depending on the chosen transport model (express, FTL, LTL)—this is one of the shortest transit times among the non-EU lanes we serve.
EXPORT
Exporting to Serbia kicks off with a direct pickup from anywhere in Poland—just share the address and we’ll dispatch a truck. Your freight is then brought to one of our distribution hubs (either Piotrków Trybunalski or Czechowice-Dziedzice) for export clearance. You can use your own broker or let our AEO Full certified customs agency take the reins—handled seamlessly as part of our All-in-One service.
Prior to dispatch, your Serbian recipient designates the specific customs office for import clearance. Once the shipment arrives at our Belgrade logistics network and clears customs, we complete final delivery to the consignee within two business days. Depending on your chosen shipping tier, cargo arrives in Serbia in as little as two days.
