Export and import: Individualized transport tailored to your business needs
Variants: FTL road transport, cargo consolidation, or air freight
Scope: From a single pallet to a full vehicle load
Coordination: Transport, customs clearance, and warehousing managed under one roof
Uzbekistan is a country where transport rarely looks the same twice. That is why we do not force your cargo into a rigid template. We organize transport for both export and import, and depending on the pickup and delivery locations, we can also plan a complete door-to-door scope. We verify what can realistically be achieved for your order and structure the transport to fit your cargo, rather than the other way around.
We review dedicated transport or the possibility of combining your cargo with other shipments. Consolidation does not operate on a fixed schedule.
We can coordinate transport, documentation, and Polish customs clearance as part of our All-in-One service.
One vehicle, one route, one departure decision—yours. See what this means in practice.
We organize transport with a dedicated vehicle across the entire Middle Corridor—with or without transshipment at the ferry crossing, depending on the route and carrier.
We select the route and variant (via Turkey or via the Black Sea) based on current carrier availability and ferry schedules.
We reserve the entire vehicle exclusively for your order.
We plan pickup and delivery to the specified address in Uzbekistan, if the location permits.
You know in advance whether your cargo changes transport modes during transit, rather than finding out along the way.
We look for passable options when conditions change, rather than sticking to a single pre-determined corridor.
You have full control over the pickup date and packaging method, without having to adapt to other shipments.
You do not have to independently organize transport to or from the terminal.
You don’t always need a dedicated truck—when your cargo volume is smaller, sharing space is the smartest way to move.
We route your consolidated freight along the exact same secure Middle Corridor as our FTL shipments, utilizing shared vehicles.
We accept shipments starting from just one single pallet.
We skillfully group your goods with compatible orders heading to the same destination prior to departure.
Enjoy full access to premium routing and ferry crossings without the steep price tag of a dedicated truckload.
Ship with flexibility—no full-container or full-truck minimums required.
Save on logistics costs, keeping in mind that departure schedules depend on completion time for the shared load.
WHEN ROAD TRANSIT IS JUST TOO SLOW
We deploy fast-track air freight whenever speed is your ultimate priority over shipping cost.
We audit your cargo specifications upfront to ensure compliance with airline and safety regulations.
We design streamlined air routing to minimize handling touchpoints between origin pickup and final destination.
Unmatched transit speeds—bypass multi-border congestion, long road delays, and ferry bottlenecks completely.
Total clarity from day one; we confirm cargo feasibility immediately so you never hit unexpected roadblocks mid-shipment.
Enhanced cargo security with fewer transfers, protecting fragile, sensitive, or high-value freight all the way to Tashkent.
Getting freight from point A to point B is often just the beginning. Long-haul shipments along the Middle Corridor frequently demand secure warehousing, custom packaging, or meticulous multi-country paperwork handling. Juggling multiple vendors for every single stage creates endless friction, missed deadlines, and unneeded stress.
With our comprehensive All-in-One service, we bundle everything you need into a single, unified workflow backed by one dedicated contact person. Pick only the services your supply chain requires.
We’ve operated along the Middle Corridor for years—moving freight to Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and the Caucasus. That deep-rooted expertise means your shipment to Uzbekistan isn’t an experiment; it’s managed by a seasoned team that knows the terrain inside out.

Moving cargo between Poland and Uzbekistan means clearing customs on both ends and transiting through multiple intermediary countries. The exact paperwork you need depends on your commodity, shipment value, direction, and chosen transit mode.
Export Clearance: Exiting the European Union requires a formal export declaration. You can use your own broker, or let our in-house AEO Full certified customs agencies in Czechowice-Dziedzice and Piotrków Trybunalski handle it. Our AEO Full status guarantees top-tier compliance, meaning you can skip the stress of border delays and paperwork errors.
Import Clearance: Originating exports from Uzbekistan are coordinated locally by the sender or their broker. Once your shipment touches down in Poland, we take care of the import clearance process at our facilities. If your goods qualify for GSP+ tariff preferences, we audit and apply them directly during import processing.
To make things crystal clear, we’ve broken required paperwork down into three clear tiers—from foundational basics to cargo-specific requirements.
At 3CARGO, we believe in complete clarity from day one. When we quote your shipment, we provide a true “all-in” price—combining your base freight rate with the current BAF (Bunker Adjustment Factor) fuel surcharge upfront. No hidden surprises, no baseline figures that force you to calculate extra fees on your own.
If your project calls for specialized add-ons, like extended cargo insurance, we outline and agree upon them with you beforehand so they are seamlessly integrated into your final proposal. You always know exactly what you’re paying for and what’s included.
CARGO SPECS: Dimensions, actual weight, volume, and total floor space utilized in the vehicle.
TRANSPORT MODE: Consolidation (LTL/Combi) allows you to pay only for the exact payload space you occupy via our hubs in Poland (MCS) or Sofia, whereas full truckloads (FTL) are billed per dedicated vehicle. Air freight is evaluated separately based on actual/volumetric weight and live carrier capacity.
CARGO CLASSIFICATION: Hazardous materials (ADR) require specialized equipment, specialized documentation, or unique route planning, which impacts handling and pricing
FLEXIBLE HUB DROP-OFFS & PICKUPS: Want to save on domestic legs? You can drop off or collect your freight directly at our logistics centers in Czechowice-Dziedzice or Piotrków Trybunalski rather than booking full door-to-door service.
NON-STANDARD HANDLING REQUIREMENTS: Unique loading specifications change how we deploy resources. Giving us all the details upfront ensures we engineer the most efficient solution.
COMPREHENSIVE CARGO INSURANCE: For high-value long-haul shipments, we offer tailored additional cargo insurance policies mapped directly to your risk profile and cargo value.
ALL-IN-ONE BUNDLED SERVICES: If you opt for our All-in-One model, your rate covers customs clearance, warehousing, and Value-Added Services (VAS) under a single, unified invoice—say goodbye to tracking multiple supplier bills.
HOW DOES THE BAF FUEL SURCHARGE WORK?
Because fuel markets fluctuate, BAF is applied as a dynamic percentage of your transport rate.
Here is a quick example:
Base transport rate: 200 EUR
BAF rate: 12%
BAF surcharge amount: 24 EUR
Total transport investment: 224 EUR
(Meaning a 12% BAF adds 12 EUR for every 100 EUR of the transport rate).
You never have to crunch these numbers yourself. Every quote we issue breaks down the baseline freight, live BAF percentage, and final total so you have instant clarity. (Note: 12% is purely illustrative; we always apply the exact live BAF rate active at the time of your quote
3CARGO doesn’t rely on generic public rate cards. Every single quotation is custom-built to fit the exact parameters of your route and cargo.
Starting from 25 days. Once we have your shipment specs, we analyze available routing options to give you a realistic, dependable delivery window.
A single pallet is our minimum starting unit. We discourage shipping standalone cartons; due to the long-haul distance and required transshipments, loose cartons must be palletized anyway, so it’s best to prepare them that way from the start.
Not necessarily! Depending on carrier availability, cargo dimensions, weight, and current road conditions, air freight can sometimes match or beat road transit times and costs. We calculate exact rates on a case-by-case basis.
Standard delivery covers the customs terminal in Tashkent. Specific door-to-door deliveries to other addresses are verified individually based on exact origin and destination points.
Select ADR classes are accepted following technical review (classes 1 and 7 are excluded, and class 2 storage is not supported). Refrigerated (reefer) transport is currently unavailable on this corridor.
Yes. Just like our outbound export operations, we manage cross-border flows seamlessly in both directions.
We’d be glad to look into it! Just send us the cargo description, approximate volume, and HS code if you have it. While we don’t provide market entry or commercial consulting, once your trade deal is set, we’ll handle the logistics logistics side completely.
Documentation requirements vary by cargo type and routing, but typically start with a commercial invoice, packing list, and EORI number. We handle and review all extra requirements—such as certificates of origin or customs declarations—tailored to your specific load.
Yes. We manage Polish import and export clearances directly through our in-house AEO Full certified customs agencies in Czechowice-Dziedzice and Piotrków Trybunalski, while coordinating closely with your Uzbek partner or broker on the destination side.
