What are FTL and LTL?

FTL (Full Truckload) is a logistics term that refers to a full truckload shipment. This means that the entire available load capacity of the truck is filled with goods from a single shipper. FTL is typically used when the shipper has enough goods to fill an entire truck.

LTL (Less Than Truckload) is a logistics term that refers to a partial truckload shipment. In this transportation method, the truck carries goods from several different shippers instead of being fully loaded with goods from one shipper. LTL is used when the shipper does not have enough goods to fill an entire truck.

What is groupage transport?
